KITCHEN LAYOUTS

Consider your current Kitchen layout and what you like and dislike about it. Consider your surroundings and what you want to achieve overall. The most common kitchen layouts are; One Wall, One Wall with Island Bench, Galley, Corridor, L-Shape, L-Shape with Island, U-Shape and G-Shape. Always consider the work triangle, this is the path between fridge, cooker and sink.

STORAGE / ZONING

Consider storage needs for you/your family.  Write a list of what is important to you.

Primary Work Zones

Consumables Zone: Where you want to store both dry and cold foods

Non-Consumables Zone: Where you want to store all other Kitchen items including; cutlery, crockery, wraps and foils, plastic ware, tea towels etc

Cleaning Zone: Where you want to house your dishwasher, sink, rubbish bin/s and household cleaners

Preparation Zone: Consider an area of the kitchen, no less than 900mm for the workspace. Consider where you want to store your knives, utensils, electrical appliances, chopping boards, scales and measuring items, spices and oils

Cooking Zone: Area in the Kitchen for cooker, oven, microwave, rangehood, pots and pans, baking trays etc

Additional Work Zones

Consider any other zones you may need or want inside your Kitchen area.

NEXT STAGES

DESIGN STAGE

After the initial stage Immaculate Kitchens will put together a design for your perusal.  This is the stage where changes can be made and the idea will come to life in a drawing. 

QUOTE STAGE

Immaculate Kitchens collate the information from your final approved design and put together a quote and drawings based on final alternations / choices.

CONTRACT STAGE

Once the design & quote are accepted, the customer signs a contract, a final measurement of the proposed kitchen area is taken and then the deposit paid to get construction underway.

BUILD & REMOVE STAGE

Immaculate Kitchens will construct your Kitchen in our factory ready for installation. Immaculate Kitchens will also remove original kitchen if required.

INSTALL STAGE

A delivery fee payment will be required prior to delivery of your new kitchen. Immaculate Kitchens will then deliver and expertly install your fantastic new kitchen.

FINAL STAGE

Immaculate Kitchens handover your newly installed Kitchen and explain how to properly work features & maintain it. Your final payment is now due to complete the process.
